Monthly Rentals in Penola

Very friendly country people. We arrived late at night after a big drive, and it was welcoming to go straight in to a nice clean and cosy room, everything was as described and pictured, but the place felt homely and Penola and the surrounding wine region was beautiful too. The staff were super friendly and nice, even though we weren’t there for long or in the room too much.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The house was so pleasant to spend time in we decided that we could live there! The house warmed up nicely on the cooler nights using the reverse cycle aircon, the beds with luxurious bed linen were a stand out and the bathroom was modern with a spacious shower and continuous hot water. The location was perfect for walking to local restaurants, shops and cafes. A great starting point for exploring the fabulous Coonawarra wineries. We’re already planning our next stay.

We couldn’t recommend Jes’s place highly enough! It’s such a beautiful house, really well set up for a family reunion weekend away, super clean and Jes had included so many lovely touches like Easter eggs for the kids and lots of lovely bits for breakfast. We definitely hope to return for another family trip - thanks for having us Jes!

Bec’s property is set amongst the vineyards in the Coonawarra wine region. Beautiful setting and great location for explorations. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Appreciated the bacon, eggs and bread awaiting us…plus a nice bottle of wine. It got unseasonably warm while we were there and welcomed the air conditioning in the main area and the fans in the bedrooms.
