Beautifully decorated accommodation with everything you could need...even welcome drinks, fruits from your own garden and rudimentary ingredients for cooking were available. The hostess is very friendly and was also able to give us many helpful tips for the stay. We'll be back!

The house is ideal for a vacation, it has all the amenities in perfect condition. Kitchen with all the tools, fireplace, bbq. One bath and two showers. Jacuzzi and sauna. Green lawn with volleyball net. The village is very quiet. Host is very nice and responsive.

It was a wonderfully relaxing short trip! You can tell from the house that it has been renovated with a lot of attention and attention to detail. And the uncomplicated communication with Florian makes you feel right at home.

We had a nice weekend as three couples. The vacation home is well located for activities in the surrounding area, the Eibenstock swimming pools are not far away, nor is the Czech border. The room layout is good, in summer you can certainly also use the beautiful garden.

For 3 nights we were there during the winter holidays. The location of the cottage is well suited for day trips on the Fichtelberg and also to the Greiffensteinen. In the house we had it cozy and everything it needed for the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a natural environment. The place is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We lacked nothing! We took the time to explore the area and enjoy the tranquility. We were super satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Our stay at the property met all our expectations! The location couldn't be better – everything is within walking distance, great restaurants and attractions right nearby. We spent an extended weekend in Karlovy Vary with Iva and Jan and were absolutely thrilled! On the one hand, Karlovy Vary is a beautiful city that is ideally suited for a three-day trip and on the other hand we felt comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. Communication and check-in with Jan went absolutely smoothly and the recommendations for the area definitely worthwhile! In addition, our hosts were very likeable!:) We found the apartment extremely inviting and cozy and would have liked to have stayed longer. Absolutely recommended!:)

Roman's apartment in Karlovy Vary is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, peace and a great location. Located just a few minutes walk from the center and the spa colonnade, making it ideal for exploring the city. The apartment is spacious, modernly furnished and perfectly clean. Everything was meticulously prepared and there was nothing important for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the projector, which made the evenings great. Roman is a great host – communication was fast, responsive, and the entire stay went smoothly. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!
