The accommodation (46 m²) consists of a living room with kitchenette, the bedroom, a shower room and the hallway and has a separate entrance. The living room is equipped with sofa and dining table, radio and TV, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven and wifi. A box spring bed (160x200) awaits you in the bedroom. The functional bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathroom furniture with sink. In appropriate weather, you can use our sunbathing lawn or end the day in the evening sun on the terrace. Our guests are also welcome to borrow our e-bikes and eMTBs for a fee to explore the area. A bicycle garage is available for your own bike for safe accommodation. Our in-house sauna is also gladly accepted. Bed linen, towels and sauna towels are included in the rental price. Free parking is available right by the house.

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)

We offer you a pleasant stay in our new wooden chalet that was built in 2021. It is located in a quiet place in town Nejdek, that is just 15 minutes from beautiful spa town Karlovy Vary and 20 minutes to the highest mountain of Krusne hory (Klinovec). Our house is in 640 metres above the sea level which offers many days of snow in winter.
