Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Perth and Kinross

It's a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It's only a couple of minutes walk to Gleneagles Hotel if you have an event there or are going for food or a drink. We were using it to attend a family wedding and the location could not have been more perfect for us. There are also lovely walks right on your doorstep.

Andrew and Lisa were both really friendly and the place is a great base for walking; warm, comfortable and handy for lots of good hills. It's compact but had everything I wanted and everything worked fine (great shower). Excellent place to stay, will be back.

Great value for money and place was spotless. It’s in a good spot for exploring the beautiful area. Parking was easy and secure. Good communication and nice little breakfast welcome pack on arrival.

Our hostess was Amanda, and she had asked if we were to be there for a special event. I said it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We were met with a splendid bouquet of flowers, and a bottle of wine. Quite unexpected, but very much appreciated. The situation is perfect, so is the flat. We visited the theatre and the cinema. The indie cinema is really good, comfy and spotless, with a lovely cafe etc. The theatre is a lovely place too, again with a friendly cafe and bar.

Second visit for us and hopefully won’t be the last. Beautiful surroundings, clean, modern accommodation with thoughtful touches. Explored more of the walks around the cottage this time and the area is stunning. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay here!!! The house and surrounding area was so beautiful! Easy walk to hikes and to the city center. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Felt like a second home, would love to stay here again!

What a treat. The bedrooms were grand but comfortable. The lounge full of deep chairs with reading matter and other entertainment for the rainy days.The kitchen was equipped enough to create your own banquet. Pictures on the walls were reminders of the history and characters of this Neo Georgian palace. Outside the parkland and gardens were ideal to wander around especially early morning and evening with the Pinetum and vegetable garden being highlights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hosts provided us with all relevant contact and access details plus a very welcome basket of local goodies. The staff at Scone Palace were a delight, very informative and welcoming. The cafe downstairs was also ideal was a quick coffee and snack. A good visit all round with added peacocks for decorative company.

As a couple with a dog seeking a weekend break Dunollie at Balquhidder was perfect for us. Cosy and spotlessly clean, in a great location for walks and the excellent Mhor84 just down the road for a superb breakfast. A perfect break for us, thank you Alison and Hannah.

We enjoyed a lovely stay while attending a wedding nearby. The house was perfect, so welcoming, homely and very clean. Kim was a responsive host from the off, advising on taxi numbers and great local recommendations for eating out and buying those last minute bits and bobs that you’ve likely forgot! This property was such a find, and we enjoyed watching the changing weather over the loch. Highly recommended.

An absolutely wonderful home to be able to experience the best of Scottish villages, landscapes, walks, pubs, people. Since the first communication the hosts were brilliant in making sure we were comfortable and free of any stress that comes with travelling. The home is simply simple, everything works, from the first walk in the door we felt everything is ok, you can walk to whatever you need, We spent 8 nights at this home and were sad to leave, it means so much that my family were able to experience this adventure with this home as our base. This was a great place to stay for a group of 6 friends on a hiking weekend. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. Bedrooms are nice, though one of the twin rooms has quite small beds. We managed ok but they could be a problem for tall people. The hot tub and pool room were great fun, it's a real bonus to have stuff like that where you stay. Both bathrooms are a good standard too. Parking in the area behind the house is a bit tricky, especially for larger cars. Once you're in, it's very secure though. Just make sure you open the gate all the way and you should be fine. Callander is a lovely location and a good base for Munro bagging. We'll definitely look to see if this place is available when we plan our next hiking trip.

A stunning location on the edge of a beautiful loch. A cosy home with ample space and lots of books!

What a beautiful spot! I was content never to move from the garden, although my co -travellers would probably have had something to say about it. Samantha was fantastically accommodating to our requests re when we could check in and out and length of stay. The house is perfect for a couple of families - so much space and set out in a way that you can get away from everyone, should you need to. Everything was there that you needed, beds were comfy, everything was easy to use and the living spaces were all very relaxing. Wildlife galore to be seen with your morning coffee. There are lovely walks to be had from your doorstep, and The Bridge of Cally Pub and shop are a short walk along the road. Balnabea is perfectly situated for exploring Perthshire - ours was a short break away, but as usual Scotland delivers in making you feel you've been away for double the length of time. We recommend The Hermitage and Dunkeld. We loved it so much we wanted to make it our annual retreat.

Laura and Ronnie were really helpful and friendly. They were very accessible and explained the facilities well. The cabin is very well equipped and has lovely luxurious bedding, a great bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen is sweet and a comfy sofa with TV made it a pleasure to sit in. The added pleasure was Bertie the gorgeous golden retriever who was such a sweetie. I think the views are outstanding and would love to see them in the summer! Mark’s place was fantastic- especially for the price, it was hard to find something in that area at that time which could compete. If you’re looking to stretch your budget but still have a very comfortable place to stay, this flat is the way to go.

We travelled from Perth Australia to visit family for the Christmas period and David's place was the perfect location for us to stay. David's place is cosy, clean and well presented. His house will be top of our list when we return to Perth in the future.

We really enjoyed our relaxed stay here at Bartek’s apartment in return after our long holiday stay in Scotland. Bartek is a great host and provided all required support and good services. Definitely recommend Bartek’s luxurious apartment to others and will surely leverage this service in future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ross and Eva’s place. We were visiting family locally and it was the perfect base for us. Great location, just a short walk into town or across to the North Inch for a walk by or run. The flat was really warm and cosy. Great fully equipped kitchen with plenty amenities. Both Ross and Eva were super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little flat, looks exactly like the pictures as advertised. Gorgeous decor and beds extremely comfy. Hot tub was an added bonus and was all set up for our arrival. The host also let us check in a little earlier and didn’t charge for this which was really appreciated. Would definitely use this Airbnb again. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Armoury. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and warm (despite the cold weather). The location is very convenient (with shops within easy walking distance) but tucked away/quiet (especially overnight). Catrina was helpful, friendly and responsive. Recommended.

The flat was lovely, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities you could possibly want/need for any length of stay. I particularly appreciated all of the kitchen cookware and utensils. Shirley, the host, was so kind and very responsive. She provided really great instructions so I never had any questions. Overall, a very comfortable and worthwhile stay, and great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
