Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The village of Caprile was a pleasant discovery for us: intimate and quiet surrounded by nature but still just a few minutes by car from the main amenities. We were both able to take nice walks and be able to explore the area with ease. Michele's home has its own character and enjoys the influence of different cultures. Everything is taken care of from the inside to the outside. The terrace also has a barbecue station and you can take advantage of Michele's green thumb to enrich the dishes with its aromatic herbs. The hot tub offers great relaxation. Michele was a great guest.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

It's almost a shame to only stay there for one night. Wonderful and modern apartment, very bright and well furnished, with several parking lots around and close to what is the main square of Cervia, as well as several shops and restaurants and a 5/10 minute walk from the sea. Marco is a serious, friendly, friendly and responsible person, as well as being extremely helpful. If you want to make a good name with friends or your half, highly recommended and if I have to go back to the area, I will not think twice about where to book!

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

Top-notch hospitality, small touches dedicated to the customer very pleasant. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all amenities. Right price. We had a good time. A bit suburban but still within walking distance of the center of Jesi, which is worth a visit.

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings. Highly recommended.
