The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

Baia Flaminia is the nearest beach, reachable in 5/10 minutes walking; the bay offers several paid beaches (with umbrellas and sunbeds for rent), as well as a large area of free beach. The city center (with Rossini Theater, Rossini Home, museums, shops etc..) can be reached with a 10-minute walk as well.
