A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

Lakeside Lookout is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium on beautiful Crooked Lake, with shared sandy shoreline, and a private balcony for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. A community gas grill, tables & chairs, swings, and fire pit are available to guests in the lush and flower-filled common area courtyard, or in winter settle in beside the electric fireplace to enjoy the frozen lake views and watch the ice fishing. Watch for bald eagles, minks, muskrats, loons, swans, and other wildlife!

Grandma Jo's farm is conveniently located 5 minutes from Boyne Mountain and close to Northern Michigan's most visited attractions. With a fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, and kids activities, this retreat is the perfect escape for the stress free getaway you deserve.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Start the wine trail here! 10 minute drive to Walloon Lake public swimming and downtown Petoskey. 15 mile bike path to Charlevoix along Little Traverse Bay and paths to Harbor Springs. Odawa Casino, shopping, theater and restaurants 5 minutes away. Fire pit in the back yard. 20 minute drive to Boyne Mt, Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. Art, music and cultural entertainment weekly in Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Charlevoix.

EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE BAY IN DOWNTOWN PETOSKEY - WHERE YOU WANT TO BE In 2018 we added "Sunset Glory Too" along with "Sunset Glory". Everything is new and updated. Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.

Disconnect at our Ski Chalet in Nubs Nob

Newly remodeled A Frame Cabin in the woods of Hidden Hamlet in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Located in the little neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort, this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees. Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those...
