Wir vermieten in unserer DHH , Split Level Bauweise, eine kleine Garteneinliegerwohnung. Das Haus steht auf einem Hanggrundstück. eine Treppe zwischen Haus und Garage führt in den Garten bzw zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, rauchen auf der Terrasse ist kein Problem, danke!

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

In ca. 10 bis 20 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß den Bernrieder Naturpark und das Seeufer mit zahlreichen verträumten Badebuchten. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace.
