Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. Nice Garden Room im Jaybird-House ab 3-6 PAX

Es ist ein idyllisches Haus, wunderschön ruhig und doch super zentral. In nur 3 Minuten an der U2 und mit der Ubahn nur 13 Minuten zum Gärtnerplatz. Das tolle: es ist Platz für viele, d.h. auch für Freunde geeignet, die gemeinsam kommen wollen. Kommt vorbei und kommt gerne wieder :) Ihr bekommt dieses große private 4-6 PAX Zimmer für einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Blick in den Garten und dürft gerne vom gesamten Haus das Wohnzimmer und den Garten nutzen. Perfekt für ein Wochenende mit Freunden.

You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. For family & friends there is a second room. PLEASE SAY HI TO THE NEIGHBORS!

Very cosy, large and quiet room with a sunny balcony and walking distance to the S-Bahn, which goes directly to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke). Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

Ideal accommodation for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay at short notice! Direct S-Bahn connection to downtown 25 minutes to Marienplatz. Practical and inexpensive! For daily needs there is a REWE, Edeka and 3 bakeries, reachable in a few minutes. Parking is free in the small side streets. Very close is a sports field - and a beautiful forest.
