The Cosy Flat offers a delightful blend of modern amenities and homely touches, ensuring a memorable stay in the Scottish Borders. Accessibility Information: The flat is a two-level maisonette. Entry to the property involves a set of stairs, and there are internal stairs connecting the two levels. The toilet and bathroom are located on the first level, while the bedroom is on the upper level. While many guests find the layout comfortable, it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

The flat although small has everything you need for a short stay in the beautiful Scottish Borders It is an ideal base for hill walking or mountain biking as the flat is a short drive from Glentress or Innerleithen mountain bike trails. The flat also has indoor secure storage for 2 bikes. Galashiels is also a short drive which gives access to the border railway which is a direct line to Edinburgh Waverley Station

Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £50 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available.
