Monthly Rentals in Phuket

The place is a great location, near the old town only 5 - 10 minute walk away from the restaurants, bars and market, for a very reasonable price. The host is really good. We had a small issue because I had booked late the day night before whilst he was on a long haul plane journey. He was super amazing for the check in, and even arranged some free food to be delivered to me for any inconvenience. The inconvenience was an hour wait to get in, that was all. For those travelling they will understand the importance of a responsive and kind host, who does what they can to go above and beyond. Sam is a very caring host. I like watching international news on TV in English. At first, the condo had very limited English news channels. Sam went out of his way, and very quickly acquired a new TV program receiver for me to use. He did the installation himself. Sam is definitely a good guy, & a great AirB&B host! 👍
