We used the apartment because we were renovating our home. The new apartment was in perfect condition and exactly met our expectations. The residential complex is located on a quiet side street and the neighbors were also barely audible. Communication with Maxi and David was very easy and always pleasant.

Nice small house with a lovely garden in a very quiet and peaceful area. Well equipped and very clean. I enjoyed my brief stay and am happy to recommend Werner’s place.

We were in Graz for family reasons and were absolutely satisfied with the apartment. There was everything we needed, super easy check-in using a key safe. Everything was wonderful - absolute recommendation!
