The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

Simply ideal for a few quiet days in a beautiful area. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable and special mention to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun practically all day. Amió beach is a 10-minute walk and in the area, there are many routes to do and enjoy nature. The village is very quiet at this time of the year and it's just what my partner and I were looking for... our dog has also really enjoyed the stay. We had a fantastic time at Irene's apartment. From the first moment, the contact was very friendly and Irene was lovely. We were traveling with a little girl and on the floor she had a crib, a high chair and a bath, which made our stay very much easier. Leaving the floor there was a park for the little one and the beach and the pedestrian area were less than 1 minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need to spend a stay of 10. We were 5 adults and there was enough room for everyone. The terrace is super nice. You can park the car in the same building, point in its favor as well. In the apartment there is everything for cooking and normal life if you don't want to go out and eat outside. We 100% recommend booking with Irene! We will be back 😀 thanks !

We were a few days of traveling as a family and everything was excellent. On arrival Fernando facilitated the keys to the parking and the apartment, a detailed map with all points of interest and a list of recommended activities. He recommended places to visit very nice. When we asked him where to eat certain dishes, he recommended the best places and even called restaurants to book us Mesa himself. Definitely a lovely and very friendly guy who has a lot of knowledge about the area. All his recommendations were fantastic, we had a great time and the kids were delighted, definitely an experience to repeat. The apartment fully equipped and comfortable. Cleaning service is the best I've ever seen, everything neat, clean and tidy every day. We were even mopped for the dishes and glasses that we forgot to wash from running out to the activities... which was to be thankful. We definitely recommend it 100%, an exemplary host.

Laura’s home is charming, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches. She had fresh blooms from her garden throughout the house- such a sweet welcome! There are two outdoor spaces, a small back garden and a terrace upstairs. My daughter and I enjoyed using the very well-equipped kitchen and eating at the picnic table in the garden which has lovely views of some fields with the sea in the distance. There were a couple of negatives. It was not as rural as I expected, with neighbors on both sides. Some of the neighbors are chickens, and the rooster made me wish for earplugs. Also there is a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Overall, Laura’s beautiful home is a lovely and well-priced stay!

Very well cared for apartment, with a garage that is fundamental in this area of Gijón. Marta was an extraordinary host.

Lorena was always attentive and communicated frequently. The bass is in the old town, very close to restaurants and bars and places to visit. But impossible to circulate and park the car. There is something to leave it in parking .

The apartment is a chulada and with a breathtaking view that allows you to enjoy San Vicente at all times. Everything was very clean and correct, the key management was very organized. We will definitely do it again.

We loved the place. It's in a very quiet area of Suances, next to the riverbank. The house is beautiful, clean and with all amenities. The fully equipped kitchen with up to 3 types of coffee makers, airfryer and all kinds of utensils. The bedroom is very bright. The spacious and comfortable living room, even had a switch with video games. Beautiful terrace. Close to restaurants, beaches and yet in quiet area. The host, Lia, friendly and nice We loved it.

I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

Everything is great, this is a destination in a lively city full of restaurants and nice surroundings. Quite fast to get to Picos de Europa from here. Thank you for the opportunity to get to know this beautiful place.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

Apartment ideal for two people, quiet and very clean. Perfect for access by car to have a private parking space. Elena communicated with us in advance and told us how to access. Later I advise and provided us. information from San Vicente (restaurants,cafes,supermarkets etc) Highly advisable.

Great stay, great location, the view is just phenomenal, Blanca communicates very well and efficiently and she is very available. The apartment is very well made and has very good energy, it feels very good. Honestly perfect:)

Indeed, the views are incredible from the terrace as well as from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped: coffee, garbage bag, towels and sheets, shower gel... The only downside is the bedding. The bed in the parental room is small, not very stable and the mattress is not of quality. But it's erased compared to everything else. We had no contact with the host, only a message to tell us where the keys were and another to let us know the checkout time. A small binder with house instructions and tips for shops and restaurants would be nice. We had a great holiday Cantabria is beautiful!

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Very thoughtful host, we were with little girls and left us in the apartment the high chair, bathtub, crib… in addition to the breakfast that they leave you complimentary upon arrival. Very well located, by the day you can hear the bars below but for us it was not a lot of problem. On the beachfront, and a few minutes walk from the quotation center.

Easy check-in and kind host. We had everything we needed during our month long stay. Location was perfect and bonus a 5 minute walk to bus and trains stations. Across from a park and we enjoyed a daily dose of cute dogs being walked in the dog park area. We would recommend this apartment.

A last minute booking led us to discovering this property and location, if you want wild beach and not a lot more it is perfect. Supermarkets are only a 15 mins away. For autumn surf it was simply epic

Muchas gracias, Tico! The place is lovely despite the old building - it has total charm. ☺️ In front of the window you can hear the peaceful sheep and you have a great view of the sea. Tico was very communicative and friendly. The journey works well with a camper van, but a larger car does not fit through the narrow streets. We felt very comfortable all around!

Very clean, new, and cozy accommodation, with pleasant communication with the host. Easy to reach the city center and the train station by public transport. Thank you!
