Lovely apartment and friendly host. Great location. Very simple check in a departure. Dog and child friendly and we enjoyed the cats and other farm animals. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to come back.

The house is in a quiet settlement. Just 50 meters from the front door, the narrow gauge railway stops, which is perfect as a means of transport to the surrounding area. The apartment is bigger than expected and has absolutely everything you need. The landlady was responsive at all times and very friendly and helpful. All highly recommended!

Good location for access to 3 ski fields. Well equipped, warm, clean and spacious. Felt homely. Great lounge with log burner for relaxing in evenings. Kitchen well equipped for cooking full meals. Genuinely big enough for 6 adults if you are happy to work around one bathroom!

A lovely place that indicates that the owners offer this unique place with warmth. We found the location top between Kaprun and Zell am See, and were able to make good use of the tennis courts at an 800 m walk (lane for €15 per hour)...
