The house is in the heart of Piriac-sur-mer, a small authentic seaside village that smells like Brittany. On site, no need to take your car, all the shops are within walking distance. We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
