This place is perfect for staying near downtown with list of great restaurants and venues. Eugene is a superb host he was super responsive and friendly he even accommodated and early check in for my friends and I thank you Eugene! Definitely will be looking to stay here again!

We had a long 8 hour drive for the day and Alex’s place was easy to find and get to. It worked out well for us and I would book again. Place was clean, neat and secure. Only issue was some neighbor noise but what can you expect from it being in a populated neighborhood. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stop for the night this would be a good spot.

Wow! What a wonderful find this Air BnB was! The home matched the description perfectly. It was a great location for our family while here for a celebration of life service for my mother-in-law. The house is spotless, comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with Ginger & Joseph was easy and very responsive!. I highly recommend staying at this property.

What a great place for family to come together for a birthday weekend. The space was perfect. The location near the park and river were great. All interactions with the host were timely and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

The place was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very clean and tastefully done. My wife and daughters were very impressed w me picking such a great house. Walking distance to Dutch Bros, donut shop, and a Raley’s supermarket. I would highly recommend and come back and stay in the future. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response on any questions from Marilyn. She even reached out and let us check in hours earlier in the day which helped out a lot! A++++++++

This was our second extended stay at the Heritage House while in Sacramento on family business. Robert was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We continue to be very satisfied with the accommodations and very happy to see some of the updates including bedroom curtains, additional kitchen appliances, Mrs Meyers hand soap and Native toiletries. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and sufficient bathrooms for our group. We made good use of the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities. And it was great to relax in the living room with the big screen TV after long days of physical and emotional labor. While we hope to not need many more family business trips to Sacramento, we will definitely stay here again when in town!

Lei’s home was exactly how it was described. It was spacious, beautiful, quiet and close to everything needed. Lei was very responsive, respectful and accommodating no matter what time I messaged. His home is definitely a home away from home and I will definitely make his properties my official home away from home

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

Elsies little basement apartment was just what we needed for a quick work trip in the area.

Such a comfortable, peaceful space. It was perfect for 2 couples for the weekend - we were there for a trail running race in the area. The only thing that could have been better was the weather so that we might’ve enjoyed the beautiful deck! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

If your looking for a cute quant place right in the middle of Sacramento this is a great place I went to lobby and it was about 15 min walking to the capital and so many cute coffee shops and restaurants all around. It was great for vacation or for work.

Very nice apartment. Was perfect for what we needed while in town visiting family. Close to North Auburn and all the great places to visit.

Hands down one of the best AirBnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless and super comfortable. You can tell the hosts take great pride in their home and hosting guests. Would absolutely recommend!

CC's place was perfect for my stay in April. It had everything I needed, super clean, small, cosy and convenient. I enjoyed listening to the birds through the screen door. It is walkable to a lovely riverside trail that was glorious for unwinding after travel or for some fresh air. Johnson Ranch sports complex is only an 8 min drive in you have time for a workout or a swim - or better yet a hot tub soak. CC was a super host - responsive and there if needed. Highly recommended!

The host accommodated with everything asked if possible on there end it was a lovely peaceful and had a set manual which helped make my stay easily manageable for clean up

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

This house was a great deal. Extremely spacious & well worth the price we paid for. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but I noticed there was an air fryer & small toaster oven which would be useful. No full oven from what I saw. The house is located in a very suburban neighborhood which is nice & quiet, but there’s a Target & other shopping areas about a 5 min drive away. Overall, would stay again.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 7. Everyone had their own beds and rooms. It was clean, close to the airport, shopping, and in a safe neighborhood. I appreciated the free coffee, creamer, and body wash. The home's landscaping was impressive. A fellow green thumb may appreciate the beautiful plants surrounding the home. I would stay here again.

My wife and 3 children stayed a week at Brendan's beautiful property. We had such a great time. It was extremely well stocked with supplies and it was perfect for our family. The grounds and landscaping were SO impressive. We made smores by the pond in the evenings. We played soccer in the front yard during the afternoon. We drank coffee in the morning sun on the front deck with all the birds chirping, and then we spent the rest of the day swimming in the amazing pool and sitting in the hot tub. There is a pool house with an extra bathroom, kitchen and pool table that we didn't even use, as there was too much to do and not enough time for our family in just a week. We could have stayed a few more weeks! Brendan communicated extremely well and everything worked great. We will be back!

Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.
