A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Our newly renovated 90 m² house is quietly located close to the Danube and directly on the bike path. Krems can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The house has a very large living/dining area. A very large bedroom with a double bed and a couch that can be pulled out. There is also a desk in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you can reach the spacious bathroom - including a large rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The toilet is separate.

Enjoy your stay in Krems in the best downtown location. Despite its central location, you can easily reach the accommodation by car. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with Netflix and Joyn for relaxing evenings. Two cozy bedrooms offer plenty of space for families, friends or business travellers: one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a queen-size bed and an additional sofa bed.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
