Welcome in our lovely Austrian chalet! Our authentic home is situated in Bad Kleinkirchheim. This is a renowned spa town with lots of natural fountains. Also, it boasts a wonderful ski area, with over 100km of skislopes (5 min drive). Bad Kleinkirchheim is located in the Austrian Alps in the province Karinthie. This is in the south of Austria, making it the sunniest spot in the Alps! Our house is fully detached and stands in its own garden of 500 m2. You'll have the entire property to yourself!

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Nacht unter freiem Sternenhimmel verbringen? Oder im Bett ein Sonnenbad nehmen? JA KLAR! Einfach mit dem Bett rausfahren und auf der Terrasse den atemberaubenden Blick genießen! Das alles ist möglich. Wir haben kein ganzes Chalet Dorf gebaut, sondern nur ein einziges, außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes & gemütliches Chalet auf 1150m Seehöhe oberhalb von Arriach, mit freiem Blick in 3 Himmelsrichtungen. Eine stilvolle Sauna mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.

Direkter Anschluss an Wanderwege! Weitere Information: Selbstversorgerhütte - Bettwäsche ist vorhanden - Leintücher und Überzüge sowie Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden!!! Es wird keine Endreinigungsgebühr kassiert, daher bitte die Unterkunft besenrein verlassen!

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Das Design ist ländlich, ein eigener Ofen welcher mit Holz aus den heimischen Wäldern betrieben wird, rundet das Angebot ab. Das Apartment befindet sich nur 15 Min. entfernt vom Schigebiet Gerlitzen. In 20 Min. können Sie die Damenabfahrt im Schigebiet Bad Kleinkirchheim oder die Thermen des Umlands erreichen.
