The house in the woods

I am an ancient stone house of 150 square meters arranged on three floors: on the ground floor, a kitchen and dining room; on the 1st floor, a double bedroom and 1 bathroom; on the 3rd floor, an open space with a double sofa bed and two single beds. I have a nice lawn at your disposal equipped with a barbecue, tables, chairs and deckchairs. Heating is provided by three powerful wood-burning stoves (included in the price). Our bright and airy apartment sits on the top floor of the Santa Maria Assunta building (originally constructed in 1579 and now newly renovated). Wander down through town for espressos, panini in the morning, pick up some Bergamasque salami and cheese and in the evenings sip Prosecco and look out across the terracotta rooftops.

The house is located within a courtyard that can only be reached on foot, on the second floor with no elevator. A starting point for mountain hikes or for reaching the ski slopes of Foppolo, Piani di Bobbio or Piazzatorre. Near San Pellegrino Terme and its spas, you can get a 10% discount on admission. In the village, you will find shops, bars, and a restaurant. There's also a small lake nearby.
