Monthly Rentals in Playa Negra

We stayed 4 nights at the property. Due to the openness of the house, it is a very nice feeling of living. Playa negra is in walking distance. Puerto viejo as well, or by car or tuktuk. There is a lot to do in the region. So it's worth staying for several days.

Extremely clean place!!! A very quiet and cozy place, the green areas were very well cared for. The place seemed very beautiful and discreet, very close to everything. The attention was excellent, Zahara was very friendly and willing to help at all times. I definitely recommend it and I personally will come back .

A beautiful and quiet place, practically above the main street of old port, very close to the beach and places and restaurants close to the area. I really liked the comfort, trees and plants surrounding the apartment, very nice in general and Lesbia's service excellent! We don't use the washing machine, but it has the option to do laundry and that seems like a plus since you're wearing wet clothes. I would definitely stay there again!

I loved everything. The apartment had everything I needed and I liked how it was decorated. I felt right at home and did not want to leave. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a meal and the bed was comfy. It was very peaceful and the garden is lovely with lots of animals. There was a table and chairs outside my room where I could have my meals while enjoying the garden. The host family were very welcoming and friendly and always ready to help. A 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 or so minutes to the township. As a single woman I felt very very safe. I caught the MEPE bus from San Jose and it dropped me off in front of the apartment.
