Vacation rentals with a patio in Pleasure Point

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

We had a great time staying in the Treetop Heaven "treehouse"! My wife and I loved the mountain feel of the environment without the excursion into the actual mountains. Amenities, shops, and restaurants are just a mile away and the area has a small town, community feel. Hosts were very attentive and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us and my wife especially enjoyed our meals on the deck hidden up in the trees! A great place for a getaway!

I highly recommend staying here. Its absolutely beautiful. Perfect location right across the street from Capitila Beach, Margaritaville, Zeldas and many more restaurants and shops. The studio is clean and very comfortable. Trust me you'll love this place! Thanks Evan

Maria Elena's studio apartment is perfect for two people. It is roomy and completely updated. The king size bed is comfortable and the mini-split heat/air conditioner is perfect for the changes in weather in San Jose. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and walkable to a local grocery, coffee and restaurants. I recommend Maria Elena's apartment and will stay there again on my next trip to San Jose.

I stayed a few days in Nalin's charming home while visiting relatives in San Jose. The home had everything I needed, and was comfortable & cheerful. I especially liked the coffee table in the front room that converts to a desk. I had a big data collection project to work on while I was there, and the space was great for spreading out and getting the work done. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was especially delighted by the little lights accenting the front yard at night. The house is a short drive from shopping & restaurants. Beds were really comfy. Lots of thoughtful details. I would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our stay - very clean, plenty of space, in a lovely neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Bree was very responsive, friendly, and flexible when we needed an earlier check in. I definitely recommend to others and would stay here again myself!

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

Great location with a gated road. House is freshly renovated, nicely decorated, with a lots of amenities. Very comfortable. Have already recommended the house to friends who want to relax on the beach.

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and reset your mind this is the place for you. Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful location to walk along the beach just steps away from the condo. It’s very peaceful and the resort grounds are clean. Soojin is a wonderful host and her condo was more than we could have asked for. Very clean, modern decor and the amenities provided were very well thought of especially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Beach amenities were provided as well. We hope to return and bring our family and friends to join us next time around.

This place felt like we were staying at a classy, upscale friend’s place. Seriously, the quality of the amenities to the mugs to the thoughtful touches spread all over the home were very much appreciated. Ideal location that is walking distance to the beach and driving distance to the many scenic spots that the Santa Cruz area has to offer. Would 100% stay here again!

Great location! Cozy condo with amazing view and right off the Freeway. Condo had everything we needed for our getaway. Anthony was very helpful and had a book full of suggestions for our stay. Quick reply time when I had a question. I would definitely recommend Anthony’s place👍🏽

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.

Mayela’s place is conveniently located to shopping, freeway and food. Parking was a little tight but doable. Neighbors were very nice.
