Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pleasure Point

We loved the space! Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and enclosed backyard (perfect for kids!). The surf boards and bikes were awesome to have as we enjoyed bike rides along the coast and my husband enjoyed riding a long board as we only travel with a short board. They even had a tool kit to adjust the seat heights on the bike, thanks! The outdoor shower was great as it also had hot water! Walking distance to a beach and cat and cloud (a great coffee spot). The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

Had an amazing time at Louise's place for our mini family reunion. Place was set up great for two families and was especially helpful for our toddler with the baby gates already on the stairs and the child lock on the games cabinet. The house was exceptionally well appointed with beach toys in the garage, games, books, and even kids place settings. Would absolutely stay again!

Such a great location! Very peaceful and quiet spot. House was very comfortable and great for a group. Parking in the village is always a challenge but was made easier because the host outlined several options in pre-arrival messages and in an onsite binder.

What an absolutely stellar and extremely comfortable home. My entire family greatly enjoyed the hospitality, well appointed kitchen, fantastic outdoor space and the built in bunkbeds worked perfectly for our teens. Incredible location and visiting the nearby Farmer's Market was a definite highlight (as well as the beaches of course!). We'd love to return sometime in the future! Thank you!

Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

We love this place. They have thought of everything you will need from life vests and beach toys for the kids to parchment paper to cook with. All you need to bring is your own food and clothing and your set. Great location to walk down to the beach or go over to Marriannes for some ice cream. It is clean and cozy and we can't wait to come back.

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Joyce’s place was clean and had a really great location. We thought we were right on the Cliff so that was kind of a bummer to have a house in front of our ocean view. But the place was really nice, and very clean! The space was really cool and had great decoration. Beds were comfortable. Kids were happy. We loved playing in the hot tub and in the garden in the backyard.

Christine’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to grocery stores, coffee shop and some restaurants. Christine’s place is very cozy , beds are very comfortable , and kitchen is well equipped , would stay here again.

We had a lovely 3 night stay and it was simply wonderful! Mickey and Sally were very friendly and easy to contact and communicate with. The Airbnb itself was quiet and private. They have a beautiful backyard garden overlooking the woods, which they allowed us to freely enjoy. Inside the Airbnb, the hosts provided pamphlets and instructions with recommendations for local trails and activities which was immensely helpful. There were also several amenities available such as coffee, wine, water, as well as bug spray and simple medications. Overall we had a great stay and feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

This is a clean and beautiful place to stay! Very baby friendly! We didn’t realize that there is another unit above the Airbnb - you can hear footsteps occasionally.

Wonderful home! Looks even better than the photos. Well appointed, clean, bright and on a lovely street. Host was welcoming and responsive. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it is independently owned, including the community activism to give back. The location was great, we were able to walk to the beach for dinner; and a short drive to the college and other areas.

Dan’s place was walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking definitely a plus! Dan is such a great host and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

This place was perfect for my family. Spacious, clean, and close to the beach. Highly recommend and hope to come back again

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

Just go and let Aaron be your host! You will not be disappointed. Aaron was very accommodating, and can’t wait to return to the Harbor House.
