Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Night/stay on the Ille-et-Rance canal, aboard a Dutch boat. 2 adults or 1 adult/1 child from 7 years old Between Rennes, Saint Malo / Dinan / Mt-St-Michel. Great location for running, cycling, walking, fishing or canoeing (rental right next door). Shops and restaurants in the village.
