We offer a 20 m2 studio adjoining our family home 300 meters from the beach. We would like to point out that our garden is currently under construction. The work in progress is not noisy. Access to the studio is independent of our house, it is via a small tree-lined path. You will have access to a shaded terrace. You can park in front of our house to drop off your luggage. To park your car, you have free parking 200 metres away.

The Ker Py-Kaj Cottage

The property has an indoor pool and a very large garden with lots of flowers and beautiful century-old oaks. It is surrounded by forests with walks, playgrounds, and a treehouse nearby.
