Very nice and cosy cottage with comfortable beds and all amenities you expect at home. Provided a very cake and milk on our first night. Lovely conservatory and garden to relax in when it was warm enough. Good location for the Norfolk Coast from. Wells to Sandringham. The nearest town Holt is great for shopping and eateries.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. The Bothy is always clean and tidy. It was warm and cosy - ideal for my 93 year old guest. It's also step free. The welcome apple juice and biscuits are a nice touch. Everything is very comfortable and fairly quiet although there can be noise from the adjoining property but Millie makes this quite clear in her listing. Highly recommend this place.
