Very nice and cosy cottage with comfortable beds and all amenities you expect at home. Provided a very cake and milk on our first night. Lovely conservatory and garden to relax in when it was warm enough. Good location for the Norfolk Coast from. Wells to Sandringham. The nearest town Holt is great for shopping and eateries.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is exactly as listed, clean, nice and warm with lots of space, but the surroundings are incredible theres much more than you can see from the pictures. Thanks for being great hosts.
