Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

Just seconds from the seafront and Plymouth West Hoe Pier, this ground floor self contained apartment sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is one bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen / dining area which leads onto a lounge. Free off road parking is at the rear of the property. Within walking distance are the Tinside Lido, Plymouth Hoe, and a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Barbican is also only 20 minutes walk.

The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

Flat 1, 6 Friars Lane is situated in Plymouth’s picturesque Barbican on a quiet cobbled street, with the added bonus of it’s own secure parking space. The apartment is ideally placed for enjoying all that the area has to offer and also as a base for exploring further afield. The accommodation is modern and comfortable and comprises a double bedroom, walk in wardrobe, a spacious open plan living area and a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

Bathroom with shower & heated towel rail. Living area with double sofa bed and dining table.
