An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a stylish double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft' with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

You have a key and can come and go through the front door of the house Our home is in a leafy suburb with views down the valley to the village church and the remains of a Norman castle There is a fridge in the shared (family) kitchen which has milk, juice ,jam ,bread and cereal for you to make a simple breakfast Pets that are house-trained are welcome; please ask when booking

The Bothy on the edge of Bodmin Moor

BED & BREAKFAST at The Bothy close to Bodmin Moor, Cardinham Woods, National Trust Lanhydrock, half an hour from north and south coast and just off major A30 and A38. No TV but guests are welcome to relax in our pretty gardens. Delicious English breakfast is includrd in the price, served using local ingredients, home-made bread and preserves, other menus catered for. The room has a cupboard with hanging space and shelves, small bedside table, lamp and radio and stool.

Close to the centre of historic Totnes. Beautiful self contained room with private bathroom and terrace overlooking garden and Devon's rolling countryside. Fridge , kettle , toaster and coffee press are in the room for making snacks and beverages. Bread, butter and jams etc, cereal and fruit juices , tea and coffee are all provided for your breakfast. If you have any food intolerances do let me know. Wifi is available Private parking is available on site for one car.

Totnes home with a great view

There are two small rooms at the top of the house, one with a double bed and the other a single. Both rooms have windows front and back that are full of light and sometimes even sun! The single room can be used for a guest or as a sitting room and space to leave bags. This is where I will leave a kettle with tea and coffee. The plant filled landing that connect the rooms has stairs down to the rest of the house and the bathroom for guests use only.

Trematon Hall is a beautiful renovated Georgian Property set within 25 acres. Our suite has its own private staircase, own lounge with sky tv, bedroom overlooking the grounds, en-suite and outside hot tub offering a luxury environment to enjoy and relax. White Company fluffy towels, dressing gowns, toiletries, Cornish Tea and Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Private, ground floor room in Frogmore

Ground floor, en-suite room in our village home, which was originally the dairy shop, with its own private entrance. We are on the main Kingsbridge to Dartmouth road, making it convenient for visiting and exploring this wonderful southernmost part of Devon. Well-behaved dogs can be accommodated by request.
