Vacation rentals in Podvolovljek

This is a charming and perfectly located cottage near all the sites in Ljubljana. No need for busses or taxis- this is a walking city and a city to be viewed from on high. I will definitely be back to this house, with its wonderful garden, comfortable bed and quaint and well equipped kitchen. Iztok and Maja have thought about every last detail, you will be very happy here too!

Denis was the perfect host! He was extremely responsive to all our questions and had excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions! He even let us know before checkout that one of the parks was opening that day, with free admission! The house itself was so relaxing! A beautiful patio to enjoy our coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening! Plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy time together or relaxing time apart. The kitchen amenities were perfect for our requirements. The town itself is a short drive away, and is even walkable. We were minutes away for lake Bled and all the surrounding attractions. Bled is truly heaven on earth and we enjoyed every second of our stay at Denis’ home! We would return without hesitation!

Spacious apartment, good beds, with small balcony overlooking the lake. Small fridge and coffee machine available. Fitness/ and spa area with indoor and outdoor pool were included. Breakfast and restaurant in the house are recommended. Great location right on the lake with direct access to swimming, with bar and waterfront food - and ideally oriented to the sundowner. Fantastic! We had a lovely vacation in a modern, very cozy apartment. We really enjoyed all the animals, who were trusting and friendly to us and the children. The children were allowed to feed them and even riding was allowed. We were provided with wood for a campfire, which we used several times. We were just very, very happy in this home!!!

Gaṣ̌per was an incredible host! He recommended local restaurants and stores and was always quick to answer us if we had a question. His cottage is so cozy and located in such a beautiful, peaceful area of Slovenia. We loved making a fire every night and watching the stars on the terrace. It was a good location as you can do day trips to Bled, Ljubljana, Postojna Jama. Our only regret is not staying longer as there are so many beautiful trails around the cottage we never got to explore. Highly recommend his place! 😊
