The place is calm and quiet and it is a perfect base to hike, ski, visit Calvario (Unesco World Heritage) or explore Val d’Ossola.

Beautiful two-room apartment in a rustic building from the 16th century just restored. It is very quiet: you can reach it on foot by a short path. The house is located in the centre of the old medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community wood-burning oven and near the old grape press. The village is located at a height of about 500 metres at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, opposite Moncucco and Domobianca.

The house is located in the old medieval village of Rivoira. Located at an altitude of 400m, it has a small train station 20 minutes' walk away on foot, which will allow you to take the Viggezzina, a train that connects Domodossola to Locarno. From our place you can access many places for hiking, climbing and swimming.

ANCIENT STABLE IN CANOVA SINCE 1672

Canova is near the Toce River, just few minutes from Domodossola. The medieval village consists of a dozen of stone houses builded from 1200 to 1700, all restored. The accommodation is an old restored stable, aged 1672, used for the horse change. The village is close to the most important ski resorts of Ossola Valley, Monte Rosa, Premia Spa with hot springs, Toce Waterfall and Lake Maggiore. Domodossola Train Station at 7 Km, Malpensa Airport 45 min.
