The comfortable cottage with fantastic views of Lake Maggiore has three bedrooms and two living rooms. The house is well developed and absolutely quiet.

We had beautiful Easter days in Ronco sopra Ascona, even if the weather wasn't exactly springy. The impressive house - in the middle of the green, high above the lake with magnificent views is once located! The apartment is equipped with first-class materials, is very well maintained, tasteful and functional. There were flowers waiting for us in the living room and the library includes interesting books and documentation about the surrounding area. Sabrina is a thoughtful host. She is extremely committed to the well-being of her guests and helps when questions or issues arise. Thank you so much!

The apartment is located near the lakeside, so we could see the reflection of water like a mirror of the sky. It’s so beautiful. Also, the house is spacious, good for a group of 5-6 ppl. If you’re a nature lover, this apartment is definitely a good choice.

Andreas is really a super host: very friendly and accommodating, we were even allowed to use his garage space. Communication was extremely straightforward and everything was well described. The location of the historic house is unique: unique views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains as well as the wonderful garden and the super equipped loggia in front of the apartment invite you to linger. The village shop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is equipped with the most important for everyday needs. The apartment is very tasteful but also practically furnished. Everything is there (even coffee!), the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the bedroom is unique. It was still a little cold during our stay, but we were able to heat the rooms well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Cà la Rocca and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
