In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take a while for the heating to start in Wolken.

The apartment is located in the basement of the hillside house in a secluded location. Due to the hillside location, the bedroom, kitchen and living room have daylight. In the built-in kitchen, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a freezer/fridge are available. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and an extra toilet. The terrace is covered. The terrace is adjoined by a small lawn that is only used by this apartment.
