The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The spacious living area redefines the “loft feeling.” For relaxation, the “small wellness area” features a Swiss pine sauna and a custom-designed bathroom. The 280 m² of living space is spread over two floors. The living area lies between a suspended fireplace and a library, with access to a panoramic terrace (40 m²).
