With a lot of love for detail, renovated 3 1/2-room apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Engadine house in a quiet, central and sunny location. The village centre of Scuol and the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars are only a 15-minute walk away. 2 reserved parking spaces are available in front of the separate entrance to the house. The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sunny island offers a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountain world. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge, which invites you to linger. After the extensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom has been extensively renovated, partly newly designed and newly furnished. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a massage shower. Flat screen TV, hi-fi system and DVD player are self-evident as well as the free Wi-Fi. "as far as necessary, as close as possible".... a thought in relation to sustainability, ecology, climate protection :-) Look forward to the mountains and charge your car with electricity in the meantime! The apartment is 75 m2, modernly furnished, the view of the opposite mountains is fantastic, that's why our apartment is called "s-chalambert" - like the big mountain opposite! The guest card is mandatory and costs an additional 5 CHF per person over 12 years of age and per night.

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.
