**Great stay in Prague!** My stay in this beautiful flat with garden in Prague was just amazing. Everything was perfectly clean and ready as it should have been. The apartment had a very nice atmosphere and it had everything I needed. Ms. Eva was a great host – she communicated with me throughout the stay, made sure I got to the apartment in order, if I had all the necessary information and if I was missing anything. Even though it was 400km away from the flat, her access and care were really special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The views from the apartment are stunning, situated in a calm neighbourhood, but with are a lot of good restaurants around. Easy to go to the city centre with public transport. Amazing for a city work trip. Julia and Nicholas were super responsive and flexible about our requests. The fact that there was food in the fridge when we arrived, quite late, was super nice.

This is one of the most convenient locations in Prague. The building is modern, super safe and hygienic. I stayed for two months, and my first time away from family. This Appartment made my life so much easier. Supermarket, shopping malls all in walkable distance, and a full fledged gym in the same building. Everything you need is in the appartment, for washing machine, dryer internet, printer and a really comfortable workspace. The host Karolina was fabulous, she was very patient with me for all the trouble I gave her, she gave me genuine and outstanding support to help me settle down. She always checks up on me every week if anything is needed in the property. All in all, this is an exceptional property to be in not only for comfort but also its hospitality. Thank you Karolina again for my wonderful stay.

The accommodation was clean and exactly met the due diligence. If you have any questions, we received a quick response. From the stay, it is a brisk walk to walk into town. There is also a bus stop almost in front of the door. Really ideal. Recommended.

It is easily accessible by tram and metro. Clean and well equipped apartment, newly renovated. Gym equipment and sauna are a plus for sports enthusiasts.😉

Michael's place was a great base in Prague. It's a short walk from both the train station and to the heart of Old Town. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated the full kitchen and washer, plus all of the natural light. Wifi worked great, elevator was nice, and staff at the desk was friendly and helpful.

We (family of 5 with teens) spent an amazing time by Lada. The apartment is really nice, Lada is a super hostess and gave us some recommendations for the district. The apartment is situated in a quiet district. You can reach the city center very easily and quick with tram / walking. We recommend warmly

The apartment has everything necessary. My stay was really comfortable. This is a quiet and peaceful area of Prague 7. Communication was easy, check-in was easy.

Sven's place is modern, cozy and very quiet. Ideal for relaxation after busy days. The terrace has beautiful views of the city and private parking is nice. It is quite close to the center on foot (30 minutes from the old town square) and well connected by tram. We enjoyed our stay and Sven was available if needed.

This house was the perfect place to relax! As soon as we arrived, we noticed how bright, airy and thoughtfully decorated. Each room feels warm and cozy, so we instantly felt at home here. A big plus was also a fully equipped kitchen where we could comfortably prepare a meal. A huge bonus was a small gym right in the house – a great option as well as get some exercise during your stay. And when we wanted to relax, there was Netflix available on the TV, which we enjoyed a lot in the evening. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to help and give advice. The entire stay went smoothly, in a beautiful and peaceful environment where we could really relax. A great advantage is also great accessibility – the highway leads directly to Prague and the journey takes about 40 minutes, which makes this place an ideal choice also for those who want to have the capital within reach. We used the house over Easter for a family trip of six. There was everything your heart desires: from the large fridge, the very well-equipped kitchen with attached dining room, bedrooms with good mattresses to the top equipped common areas with many play opportunities. Even in bad weather you can have a very good time here. Fortunately, the sun was shining, so we explored the beautiful area. The property is large and fenced. Our dog was able to move freely, we made a campfire with the available wood and grilled outside. Really nice was the covered dining area with benches: great views! Beautiful and historically significant excursion destinations are nearby: We took a hike to Helfenburg (12 min. to parking lot) and visited the Theresienstadt concentration camp on the day of departure (just under 20 min.) - be sure to see! Hiking opportunities right by the house. In 1 word: great!!!

Good place very near train and bus station....big room...comfortable bed...very clean...fast WiFi....good kitchen.....posible made check inn with key box any time....walk distance to supermarkets,cash-machine and city center....Botham is great host simpatic and ever replay fast....highly recommended!!!

Thank you to your host for the opportunity to stay in this house. We had a birthday party for the second year here, and we can only praise this place. The house is clean, enough space to sleep, a huge kitchen to cook / prepare meals together. The house is modern, nice, you feel at home. Outside there is a huge beautiful grounds, wonderful green garden, large pergola, possibility of TV outside, indoor pool. We really appreciate the outdoor fitness and hockey and basketball courts, you just don't see it, and you can also do other activities and not sit on your a*s. What I like, the host always communicates quickly, takes care. How many times did he offer us if we wanted a beer beeper, some things to buy, parking options for more people. Great! I'm sure we haven't been the last year or this year. Jakub :)

The place is beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. One bed can be found in the bedroom and children's room, the other sleeping arrangements are the sofa or an inflatable mattress for the gym. The whole living-dining area is spacious, and the garden is also beautifully landscaped and intended to linger. We didn't lack anything.

This is a really fantastic house. We were two families (four adults and five kids) and the layout, with 4 bedrooms upstairs, and a big open space with a long table (and plenty of chairs) downstairs, was wonderful. We did not lack for space at all. We could also use the grill on the terrace and eat dinner there during the evening. The house was perfect for the kids- they had enough room to play in the living room while we prepared meals. The furnishing, towels, etc. are simple and not fancy, and the kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans for large groups. We had everything we needed. The house is located in a really relaxing and beautiful environment, outside of the city. We drove one day into Prague and it took around 45 minutes, but otherwise our goal was to relax in nature, and we accomplished this well! We could even swim indoors during the rainy day we had -- a huge blessing. It was great to be able to communicate directly with Aleš, who answered all of our questions promptly. It's important to know that Aleš takes a deposit of 300 euros in cash upon arrival, because the the sauna and the pool require a lot of extra electricity costs. Since he comes for check-in and check-out we were able to deal with the deposit formally and directly and it was not a problem.
