I highly recommend this villa! The cleanliness was first-class, the pool and sauna were excellent. Overall it was an all-round great experience that I can only recommend.

Accommodation was top, quiet location and Prague was relaxed and inexpensive to reach with Bolt. Fireplace, pool and sauna were a nices extra. Emilia was a very enjoyable host

We had a lovely stay at Milan's place! Friendly welcome by Milan and his family! The whole place met expectations and everything was according to description. If I have to mention one downside, that's the outdoor seating, which was a bit uncomfortable, but actually I can't mention this because our stay was fantastic. Keep up the good work Milan! We will definitely recommend you to family and friends!

It was really a relaxed existence in Matej and Domenika's house. An idyllic peace and at the same time a lively home where it is absolutely not noticeable if you have forgotten something at home, because nothing is missing and you have permission to feel at home and to use what the house has to offer. From the pantry, when a spice was missing, to a small but definitely nice sauna, to the sports field opposite, we were always completely happy. And if there was still a question or a special concern, Matej always responded promptly and helped. A very lovely family who was personally there to welcome us and say goodbye and provided us with tips, tricks, maps and everything we needed for a holiday in Dubiny/Velke Popovice. Thank you for everything and stay happy and healthy 😇

We had a wonderful family vacation in this place, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway in a peaceful environment. The home is very well-maintained, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you needed. Each of us felt at ease and comfortable here. A huge advantage was the pool, which was already open during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, which is conducive to a true rest away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hosts deserve a special highlight – polite, welcoming, and always available on the phone. From the very beginning, they made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They were helpful and open to any questions, which gave us a sense of security and care. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

The apartment is great. Everything is ok Cleaning could have been a little better, probably there was no cleaning company in the window, Jacub cleaned himself.

Very nice and clean apartment with welcoming hosts in a great location near metro and tram stations, and in walking distance to the old city.

Perfect house for a stag. loads of beds and entertainment in the house. Close proximity to everything in Prague. The beer tap in the house was great and everyone in the group really loved it.

We stayed at the Presidential apartment at Charles Appartments for 3 nights over new year. Its one of 3 Xharles Appartments on a private corridor. The apartment is beautiful and just like the images on the advert. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Just be aware that the bed is effectively a mattress a on the floor, so if you have difficulty getting up from that level it may not be for you. However, having said that the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is a short walk from Wensleslas Square and the Old town square. The apartment is on Charles Square with a park directly outside the apartment. Across the park is a tram stop, and metro station if you want to use the trams or metro. There is also a very handy supermarket. Overall we loved our stay at the Charles apartment and would definately recommend it as a great place to stay if visiting Prague.

Apartment was easy to find. When we got inside we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the place was. Bedding was comfortable and we had a whole kitchen and living space to use as well. We especially enjoyed the option to watch Netflix. Checkout was simple.

This apartment was honestly the best choice we could have made! The location is perfect, very central and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is excellent — super clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything you could possibly think of needing during a stay, from kitchen essentials to little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. David was an amazing host — very helpful and kind. He even let us leave our luggage with him after check-out, which made our last day much easier. Communication was smooth and he made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Davis was very responsive, and the place was easily accessible. Rooms, linen and bathroom were clean.
