Next comes the kitchen, which opens into the dining area with a convertible sofa. On the river a cool balcony offers a space to have coffee feeding the swans. A ladder-staircase (max. 100 kg) leads to the upper level with a double mattress. From here, step out onto the spacious terrace with stunning views of the river and Vyšehrad Castle. Size: 8 × 2.4 m.

For those of you, who like the touch of the nature, you can feed swans from the terrace and observe other species in their natural habitat. The view from a terrace is partly industrial, but at the night time full of calm magic.
