Situated in a quiet village, nestled up against the woods with a large 3800 m2 garden and a Summer House that guests can use...Walking distance to local restaurants and pubs..There is ample, secure, private parking. The house is 30 mins to Prague by Bus or train. I have 2 spare guest double bedrooms, with an adjacent large private bathroom for exclusive use. The 2 nd bedroom is available after 2 Guests.i.e. Guests 3 or 4, possibly children.. No young groups.

From P5A it's just four tram stops away to the metro station Andel.There you reach all the main sightseeing points by foot and you can enjoy the whole variety of restaurants, cafes and shopping possibilities.

The Villa was built in the 1930s for the Prague elite class. It has since been used as an embassy, headquarters for companies, ministries for the government and most recently, converted in to three separate residences. This is a private room in my personal residence upstairs. Have your own giant room in a historic, breathtaking residential villa near the river, with easy bus, tram and C line metro access.

Spacious and quiet place 200 meters from the subway route A, the station "Strašnická", trams and night lines. Only 7 minutes to the center or to the airport and train station. Free parking on the property. Kitchen and lounge. Shops and restaurants nearby. Possibility to rent a second separate room, if a family of 4 people or friends, each room shares a kitchen and bathroom.
