Our little house overlooking the gulf

Our house is located about 10 minutes from the sea on foot (15 to 20 minutes back, because the path goes up) It dominates the Gulf of Policastro, is surrounded by nature and enjoys an exceptional view. It is semi-detached with another house, but has a private lot. There is a terrace overlooking the sea and another, covered, on the side of the house that offers shade for the hot hours of the day.
