Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

About the clouds

The property is located about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. It is only about 5 minutes by car to the lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer). The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, there is a bakery near the lifts. An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Vacation home in the countryside at 1100 m above sea level

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The rooms are separately accessible with a connecting door. Parking for 1 vehicle on the premises. Good connection to public transport.

Great hiking opportunities, dogs welcome

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.

Located at 1200 meters above sea level on a picturesque southern slope, we find the Saualmleitn. Relaxation and peace in an absolute secluded location, holiday in the countryside in a modern ambience crowned by a natural pool filled with spring water, a homemade bath barrel and a panoramic sauna.
