Wow! Really a great experience and a chance to have stayed in this pretty and rustic village, as well as in this house. It's so authentic it's like being in a movie! I recommend it to my kids. Please note that the host comes to hand over the keys, so be on time! Don't be like us. The house is also well-equipped, nothing missing. We loved it!

This is a large and beautiful apartment! It was super clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals for the two nights I was there. Manuel expressed his wishes for me to be comfortable, and I was! He provided an excellent, savory pastry that I enjoyed for my two lunches while out exploring the Douru Valley. This accommodation is highly recommended!

Enchanting site and unforgettable memories, this charming destination is well worth the trip. The room was spotless and the hosting was very warm. The owner, Jose, was very responsive to the power outage that affected all of Portugal and graciously received all his guests for a country BBQ. A generous and welcoming man like his whole family by the way. That was perfect! Thank you for everything!

The house is in a small village with a beautiful natural environment. Thanks to the fireplace we didn't get cold, even though the weather was rainy throughout the stay. The house has everything you need to feel at home: many blankets, very full kitchenware, etc. The area is relatively close to Viseu and you can hike around. Maria contacted us and helped us very kindly with the arrival, suggesting that we would light the fireplace. During the return he informed us that we had forgotten a jacket, and he offered to send it by mail. We recommend the house especially in spring or summer, because it has a small garden or terrace to enjoy the outdoors. We really liked the stay and would repeat one day.
