Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Very well located apartment near the train station and the city center. The apartment perfectly matched the description on site. Small but very well arranged apartment with new furniture and in a state of impeccable cleanliness. I recommend this rental for those who want to walk to the city center and the old nice.

The stay at Gérard's was lovely. The accommodation is clean, functional and very conveniently located. Gérard was flexible with arrival times, I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was really lovely. Everything was as described in the ad and the view from the balcony was really nice. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment is directly in the center of Nice and you have everything you need around you. Train station, as well as the beach and restaurants are all reachable by foot. Also the communication was fast and easy. The Hosts were really nice. I would love to stay here again should I be in Nice another time.

Very nicely furnished, cozy cottage. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the golf course and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, among other things. Due to the fact that the terrace is covered and protected from the wind on the side, we were already able to have breakfast outside in April and also sit on the terrace in the evening.

The apartment is very well located, quiet and secluded, with easy access to the slopes. It is clean and spacious. A real asset is the pool, ideal for relaxing. On the other hand, some points need to be improved: the restricted reception times (8am-10am and 4pm-8pm), the surcharge for Wi-Fi, the lack of essential cleaning products (sponge, dish soap, etc.) as well as the quality of the sleeping arrangements.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is well arranged and suitable for families. Excellent location.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Small well-equipped apartment, comfortable 70s-80s (limited sound insulation), modern bathroom and appreciable terrace balcony. The accommodation is on the 4th floor in a secure residence and overlooks the boulevard (and the Bonne Mère). Street noise and traffic can be heard, but double double glazing and shutters insulate well. Host available and attentive. We enjoyed the bed made on arrival, the provision of bath towels, towel, sponge, garbage bag, toilet paper, small bottles of water, Nespresso capsule machine, salt, olive oil... Big TV:) A 10min walk from Marseille Saint Charles train station in a neighborhood that didn't appeal to us. In the end, quite nice with supermarket, bakery, laundromat downstairs, pizzeria (Ziu), restaurant (Grisbi), bar la friche a few steps away and a 30min walk to the port. Great value for money. I recommend it, great 👌

Great stay at Sébastien's. The apartment is very comfortable, and the view is stunning, even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is ideal if you want to be quiet and next to the center and beaches. The residence's swimming pool was very nice, and it's never crowded, I was even able to swim there alone at lunchtime. I recommend it and will return on a future stay.

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

It was a special Airbnb and B&B: a huge gym, nice decor, spotlessly clean, and a nightclub next to it (we had a great time there). There was also private parking. Ben is very friendly.

The villa is exceptional for a weekend or a week for families or groups of friends. Everything is done to feel good and take care of it, whether it's nice weather or rain! I look forward to returning soon. Thank you for everything!

There were 5 of us, the space is well adapted and the house is nice. The location is ideal for visiting Les Saints Marie de la mer, the beautiful town of ARLES, the Alpilles, the Beaux de Provence.... Thank you Anthony

We just had an exceptional family weekend at Patrick's! We felt really comfortable and at home. The gite is beautiful and very functional! Each room is tastefully decorated. In addition, Patrick's welcome is very warm, communication is very fluid. Special mention for soothing ducks and the tranquility of the place. Thank you very much for this timeless moment. The house was beautiful with the most spectacular views of the meditteranean and the calanques. It has everything you need and Roland helpfully provides all the little things like dishwasher tabs, foil, olive oil,... There is a gorgeous little beach 1 min walk away and you can swim or borrow Roland's SUP. Also great are the local boulangerie, poissonerie and rotisserie. It is a lovely quiet location ideal for de-stressing and enjoying the local food.
