I would only recommend paying a little more attention to cleaning and maintaining the apartment inside before delivering to the next guest, since some things/furniture are somewhat deteriorated. 100% recommended place to stay!

Great Location, everything easily walkable. Apartment was clean comfortable and had all i needed for my extended stay. Part work - part vacation. Solid, fast Internet, great shower and comfy bed are my priorities and i was not disappointed.

I love staying in this building. I have stayed there many times and Elias has a very nice unit. It is very clean and well furnished. The pillows are comfortable. The building has a gym and a pool (summer only). It’s right next to a supermarket and 1 block from metro Bellas Artes. The view is also nice.

Sandra was a really great host and very communicative. The place is fine, has fast WiFi, good appliances, and generally close to get places to the city via public transit. Not too bad for long stays and felt safe in the building. Good value for the price!

Don Marcos. Always attentive for anything. I arrive on Friday I went to lollapalooza and very easy to find that stay near some mini market and minis restaurants accessible to order ubers etc. the kitchen the bathroom the living part all okey impeccable. I would return someas vacanze soon

The stay turned out quite well, according to the published and Galina was very attentive about communicating the news of the building, use of the apartment and giving facilities at check-in. The apartment is 3 blocks from the metro Santa Isabel so it is very practical in locomotive issues. During my stay I had no problems with annoying noises or security.

The apartment has great views and all the basic facilities, it was an enjoyable stay. The location was very good. It may be useful to know that you will need to buzz the reception from the street, then do a check-in with ID, and only then do the self check-in at the door of the apartment (the check-in instructions did not mention this).
