The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

We (three teenagers, my wife and I) stayed for a week in Agneta’s and Tjabo’s place Casa Aquila. The environment is beautiful. Although is quite isolated we loved it, even the kids. The (private) pool made the place, but also Agneta’s and Tjabo’s kindness. We baked our own pizza’s in the pizza oven (together with our hosts) and barbecued a couple of times. The house is nice and well equipment with a basic bathroom. Two good bedrooms and a bunk bed in a smaller room for the kids. If you looking for a calm place in summertime where you can chill at the pool side with eagles flying above your head, than this is the place.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

We stayed for the All Saints' Day holiday with the family, nice big apartment and new furniture! Like the photos! Beautiful view in a peaceful setting, convenient for visiting the villages, Recanati and Loreto! Parking in the backyard!

We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

An enchanting location, all new and renovated at the highest levels, immersed in a dreamy landscape. The owners were wonderful, the best I met in my various stays around Italy. 10 and praises

Wendy was very welcoming and helped us with late check-in and a clear description of how to get to the place. The stay was very calm and pleasant and the property is beautiful, even better then what depicted by the pictures. We will hopefully come back soon

We spent two weeks here, our first beach vacation with our 14-month-old baby. We had a great time! The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, including a comfortable baby bed. The cute garden is great for dining out or reading in the afternoon and ideal for children's play. The sea is about five/six minutes away on foot and both the equipped beach and the free beach are easily reachable by stroller. The center of the village, which is practically the waterfront, where you can find bars, rotisseries, restaurants, shops, is a stone's throw away on foot. Athos is a discreet and courteous guest, easily reachable by phone for anything you need. He was very helpful with us and communication was easy and effective.

The Jet at first sight is a very invasive building, in reality it is a sort of very discreet and full of surprises. A beautiful and well-kept pool, clean and welcoming. The apartment is small but the four of us were very comfortable, nothing is missing. Cleanliness, new and functional appliances, fresh rooms and super comfortable beds. You sleep very well. Valeria was very helpful right away and super caring. She showed us the entire operation of the apartment and the property, providing us with valuable tips on activities and places to visit, as well as addresses for free parking and restaurants. I'd say we couldn't have asked for more. My wife, our daughters and I were very happy.

Lovely stay!!!! The farm is a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, the pool is very clean and very large with sun loungers always available. The apartment was equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows!! When we arrived, we found a bottle of wine in the fridge and something for breakfast. Super hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts. They offered us an excellent tasting of their delicious wines! There are many common spaces that have made the stay even more enjoyable, such as an outdoor lunch on the veranda. What can I say... highly recommended farm!!!! See you soon!!

Giuseppe is a serious person,reliable attentive to our every need,the apartment is pleasant equipped with all comforts , we also really appreciated the outdoor park with fitness area, relaxation area,playgrounds and above all the pool and its fantastic Hydro massage ....it deserves five stars

Casa Betania is a charming two-story farmhouse, a stone's throw from Recanati, nestled in the Marche hills. In addition to being able to enjoy the nice apartment on the ground floor, there are ample green outdoor spaces equipped with comfortable wooden tables where you can eat and hammocks to relax. The owners of this beautiful estate are Glauco and his fantastic family. Very helpful and friendly people who were able to make us feel at home. 3 gems we didn't expect and pleasantly surprised us: - a very nice above ground pool that in summer is always welcome; - a game room cabin inside the house that reminded us of beautiful childhood memories; - two chickens who gave us tasty fresh eggs. In short, fully satisfied!!!

Spectacular place! If you are looking for a location surrounded by nature, with ideal spaces for 10 people, this place is ideal! We spent 4 days in a company of friends, between walks and a few drinks in chill and we had a great time. Enrico and Giuseppina were super helpful and ready to advise us

Staying in the refuge was very pleasant, the hosts are really thoughtful and welcoming and the refuge is very well maintained as well as being a great starting point for hiking in the surrounding nature. I was just passing through this time, but I'll try to come back with more time. Thanks and we hope to see you again soon!
