Our stay was perfect!! The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need!! The location is very convenient, a stone's throw from the beach, easily walkable to the seafront or restaurants and bars. Excellent possibility of parking below the house. The two hosts are kind and very helpful, the directions clear and precise. We needed to check in early in the morning and postpone check-out and stay in the apartment until evening and our request was accepted and fulfilled. We are very satisfied!!

Everything was fine, the place is pretty and close to the beach and train station.

Sara's apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk from the sea, and from the center of Vasto Marina. Vasto can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Comfortable house with all comforts, we had a very good time.

The home matches the listing description. Although the bedroom is the bathroom, they are small, even if they are functional. The proximity to the sea, the sandy beaches, the bike path and the magnificent view from the terrace I think are the main highlights. The only downside was the neighbors' dogs, who never stopped barking for the first few days, but letting the lady know the same night the problem was resolved.

Beautiful holiday in total relaxation. Very nice house, nearby beach with private umbrella. Mrs. Carla was very kind, the day after our arrival she gave us the Abruzzo bites, a very good typical dessert.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

The place is beautiful, large rooms and terrace overlooking the sea for eating with friends. The pool and amenities are excellent, everything is very nice. The only thing missing is direct beach access because the one closest to the house is a little uncomfortable because of the rocks. The kindness and courtesy of the hosts is definitely a plus

Marina is an impeccable, professional and reliable Host. We had a big problem with water that was not her fault, but with her professionalism and availability we found a solution. The house is impeccably maintained, it is VERY nice and welcoming, clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need, and even more: it had disinfectants, detergents, clothes pegs, drying rack, iron and ironing board, pots for every need. In short, it is a house to live in and not just for vacation I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in. It is also located in the pedestrian area and is very central to everything: you are really a stone's throw from the sea and shops, restaurants... I highly recommend this house to anyone wishing to stay there: it is really nice to deal with professionals like Marina. Thanks for everything, if we come back again, it will be to her home. The stay was perfect, the house is very bright, very quiet and super clean. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The owners, Enzo and Rina, welcomed us in the best way and were available throughout the stay, supporting us and recommending us. In the pantry there was even everything you need to be able to cook a nice plate of pasta even if we couldn't shop right away. Both the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. The location is great for those who want to take a wonderful walk in the oasis of Punta Penna. Highly recommended for those who want peace and tranquility with all the comforts of home.

Perfect to stay - recommended

Romina’s beach house was a beautiful spot just next to the public beach and bike/walking path. Romina and her husband greeted us at check in and gave us all of the instructions as well as recommendations for the local area. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, even beach umbrellas for the adjacent public beach. We enjoyed the outdoor space for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The house was in a locked, gated community that felt very safe both day and night. We were within walking distance to beaches, lidos, restaurants, and a short drive to the old town of Vasto. Romina was a gracious host with great communication throughout. We hope to return someday!

We felt at home in Raffaella's apartment. We found everything in order and very clean. We found everything you usually need in a home. Last year I stayed in a residence in Francavilla and I spent the first day cleaning and I had to bring everything. If I were to go back to Francavilla and the apartment were available, I would definitely go back. I recommend it for those who want to spend a few quiet days a few steps from the sea.

Great location. Easy to get too. Great boardwalk for walking, running and cycling. Wonderful sea view and balcony. 5 min via car to centre of town. Close to main streets and autostrata.

The villa is beautiful, renovated while maintaining its original identity but with all the necessary comforts and even more. In-room amenities better than a hotel, including toothbrushes. The rooms have a triple view with a beautiful view of the sea and where you can admire unforgettable sunrises, warm and thoughtfully furnished rooms. Kitchen equipped with lots of appliances, very large outdoor space, car parking, great selection of vinyl. A special mention to Nicola who welcomed us and illustrated the home and surroundings.
