La Presentosa is an independent accommodation with a nice living room, a breakfast nook, a bedroom (for two people) and a comfortable bathroom. It is located halfway between the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (Francavilla al Mare and Costa dei Trabocchi) and the green Maiella mountains. The flat is very close to the historic city of Chieti and only half an hour from the modern city of Pescara. The property is named after the typical Abruzzo jewel that the boyfriend used to give to his future wife.

The cottage is 1 km from the town of Sant'Apollinare All the essential shops are here. The house, pool, and appliances are for the exclusive use of those who are a guest at the time; surrounded by vineyards, in a dominant position on a hill, 1.5 hectares of vineyard attached to the house and owned, ensure the necessary privacy. Towels like towels are provided in the bathroom (one large and one small for each guest present) .San Vito Marina 4 km away, Lanciano and Ortona equidistant 10 km.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

This spacious well-equipped apartment is in a converted traditional farmhouse, set in the stunning countryside near Casoli. The 9.5x4.5m pool offers somewhere to relax, swim or play water games. The pool is open from mid June to early September, depending on the weather. A large terrace area means you can take in the spectacular views. A second suite in the farmhouse is also available (see separate listing). This allows you to holiday with extended family or friends.

Inserted in typical Abruzzo landscapes, in a beautiful valley open to the sea. The nearest beaches are a 15-minute drive away, San Salvo, Vasto, nearby farms and countless fortified villages, located on top of the surrounding hills. The apartment is independent, the view is enchanting, the colors of nature vary according to the seasons, on clear days you can see the Tremiti islands. Suitable for couples, families, suitable for 2 people but can also accommodate 4 or 5.

The house, surrounded by greenery, offers newly renovated accommodation, equipped with every comfort: new bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, a living area with kitchen (induction cooktop with two burners) and a double bedroom. The accommodation overlooks a garden and a patio. Pets and farmyard animals live with us, and you can visit them. The room overlooks the patio, with a view of Monte Majella.
