Single house that is 5 minutes from the center of Chieti. Ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a small outdoor area fenced. It has an independent entrance and may be accessed directly from outside. We are just 15 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Pescara, 30 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi and 30 minutes from the mountains! We have a shuttle service available, upon reservation.

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests.
