Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

Great place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Bellagio with a nice 25 minute stroll in to town. Beautiful apartment with 3 good sized double bedrooms. As the apartment is brand new everything was in perfect order. Carla is a great host and Matteo was so helpful. Responded quickly to all our questions. Would highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable: The view is sensational . Especially from the square in the garden under the old plane tree, which we could use. We wanted to taste Paula's food on the first night and then enjoyed it every night! It's excellent ! The whole atmosphere was very warm and no matter what was missing , Paola was always there for us. Highly recommend !

This location was exactly what we were looking for: Breath taking views, private and non touristy! The property has a gorgeous garden, (steps required) a perfect kitchen for making your own meals, plus a great pizza shop within walking distance. Exactly what we needed to recharge…will definitely be back.

Naomi welcomed us warmly and showed us the apartment. In a carefully prepared folder, we found all the necessary information about the apartment, restaurants, and possible activities nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and the two bedrooms are large enough for 4 people. The apartment has a private garden and parking. Overall, we would recommend the accommodation.

Clean accommodation and matches the photos, good communication with Ilaria who is very responsive. And most importantly, it's a pleasure to enjoy the hot tub with the view of the lake.

My family and I stayed at Lorenzo's apartment for a good two weeks and we were delighted. The location is wonderful, right on the water, garden use easily possible, a lot can be explored on foot and many beautiful towns are easily accessible by car/ ferry. Communication was impeccable and the apartment very clean. Clear 5 stars 😊

Very nice apartment with a great view ! It is very close to Menaggio and to the lake. The apartment is great for two persons and it had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very reactive and informative about the surroundings. Would recommend !

We had a wonderful week in Colico. The apartment looked taken care of. The air conditioning system was great! Large garden (bring mosquito spray😉) From the apartment you can get anywhere. Colico is a beautiful place, plus is the beaches ( with lawns). For nature lovers, there is a beautiful nature reserve nearby,Pian di Spagna. We also went to Val di Melo, beautiful! Chiara is very helpful and quick to respond. Our boys wanted to go to an Inter Milan football game, she helped us find a suitable website for the tickets, super!

Apartment located near the lakefront with a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful landscape. Mrs. Laura was very kind and always ready to recommend places and places to visit and where to go for lunch/dinner. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. finally, Mrs. Laura also gave us a bottle of 🍷
