At 50m from the wonderful lakeside promenade that takes to Villa Olmo, we have setup a double room, in a building that was a 600's monastery. The room overlooks the internal courtyard with a small balcony, away from the noise of the main street. The historical city city can be reached by feet, in a few mins, via the cycle / pedestrian path facing the lake. Nearby you will find delightful clubs, bars and restaurants and good parking possibilities Como main station is just a few minutes' walk away

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
