Stayed here for a month while working remotely. Amazing place in a beautiful environment, near the foreste casentinesi! The house itself has everything you need and has a beautiful view, would definitely recommend.

Huge house in a beautiful location in the Italian country side. Lots of space and privacy. A lot of nice villages, a fortress and San Marino closeby.

During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. The hosts were very friendly and responsive answering all queries very quickly. The accommodation was exceedingly tidy with a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed during the stay. The pool was a good size and clean. The house had air conditioning in the two bedrooms although not in the main living part of the house which did get quite warm in the August heat. We used the wood fuelled BBQ once but didn’t take the opportunity to use the pizza oven. Most days we ate one meal at the accommodation and one in a local restaurant (many to choose from and the host offered recommendations). The whole building was made up of two accommodations (the one we hired and a second where the host was staying) although this can also be rented out. Although the hosts were on site in the adjacent house, they kept out of the way and cleaned the pool daily leaving and were on hand for queries. Marco was an amazing host. He was friendly , helpful and we felt like family whilst he always respected our space. The home had everything we needed in the most beautiful surroundings . We self catered for some time and ate out in nearby towns . The area is unspoilt and not touristy and everyone was very welcoming . We chose the mountains for the great walks there and the hikes and views were fabulous. We were sad to leave but would love to return sometime.

Beautiful rustic, typical Tuscan, very quiet village, few houses, surrounded by beautiful nature but a few km from the main town. The house is very welcoming, we were very happy. Impeccable hospitality and availability.

Great nice farm on the wonderful hills. Outside is enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. There is an easy dirt climb to access. Despite the small size of the countries, there is enough life in the evening and thanks to the advice of the host we met a really nice place.

Friendly and helpful host who welcomed us upon arrival. A well-stocked house with lots of useful amenities. A perfect location, on a pretty street, a short walk to local shops, restaurants, bus and train station and rural walks.

My girlfriend Silvia and I wanted to spend two days away from the city: we chose the Terrace on the Park of Mauro for the panoramic view and the location, which turned out to be better than expected. The garden overlooking the valley is truly unparalleled. Mauro was a kind host, helpful and very attentive in welcoming us and conveying the beauty and peace of this place. We highly recommend being your guests to enjoy the enchanting nature of the upper Romagna Apennines and enjoy walks with your advice.

Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

My family spent a lovely week at Borgo di Serignana. It is a very peaceful, unique and beautiful place and we feel so lucky to have been guests here. The hamlet is charming, swimming pool perfect, and to have all that surrounded by the natural beauty of the surrounding hills is really special. There are many trails to go hiking, with several waterfalls too. We would love to visit again some day.

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

The house is isolated and surrounded by nature, very large, well maintained, and is even better than it looks in photos. Arriving at the last stretch to reach it, the road becomes unpaved and seems to be challenging and long, but already the second time it is even fun and pleasant to peer into the woods from the inside. We had no difficulty even in the 2 days of heavy rain, it is worth it. Michele welcomed us with care and throughout our stay he was always available, also satisfying our request for additional deck chairs. The house is equipped with everything you need, utensils and dishes, Smart TV, BBQ, outdoor spaces, automatic gate. The pool is larger than you can see from the photos, clean, functional and pleasant. We really enjoyed it and so did our big dog in the huge unspoiled outdoor spaces. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a peaceful solution. We will definitely be happy to come back.

We had the most amazing stay. Such a beautiful home in the beautiful setting and views are stunning. Hosts went over and above to help us with local recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were here with our 4 children, who were looking forward to the large garden , volleyball net and outdoor area right upon arrival after going home exploration. All rooms were simple , lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We lacked nothing and we quickly had a "holiday feeling". Licia was present from day 1 with possible ideas for day planning , but especially when we had a problem with the door, she was quickly reachable. The climbing park right next door has provided the boys with action for 2 days (pay once, double entrance ). We say thank you, thanks for the great time !

Licias Villa Cerfoglio is a real gem in the middle of the hills of Emilia-Romagna. The house and location are wonderful and even though the weather was unfortunately not so nice, we spent some cozy days thanks to the open fireplace. The view is wonderful in clear sky and Licia welcomed us with lots of treats and nice words. This place leaves nothing to be desired. The two bathrooms are also nicely equipped and everything was very clean! We were really very satisfied. Reality surpasses the photos! Thanks again to Licia!

Great accommodation, definitely great value for money. Despite the bad weather we had during our trip, we had a great time in this accommodation. The tennis court and the large garden offer many opportunities for outdoor activities. To mention Gitanric swimming pool WITH springboard. Finally, Guido was kind enough to drop us off at the nearest bus station upon departure, which saved us a 2 rides. We can only recommend this accommodation!
